2. Services
Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning provides exterior cleaning services including house and roof soft washing, concrete and paver cleaning, deck and fence washing, gutter brightening and commercial exterior cleaning, operating out of 2845 Wilderness Place, Suite 120, Boulder, CO 80301. Service availability, scheduling and pricing may change at any time.
3. Assumption of risk
Exterior cleaning carries inherent risk to aged, damaged or improperly installed surfaces. You represent that you are authorized to approve work on the property and agree to disclose known damage, loose siding, failing paint or leaks before we begin.
4. Memberships and billing
Quoted prices are flat and valid for 30 days based on the surfaces and square footage described. Deposits, payment timing and cancellation windows are stated in your written quote.
5. Communications consent
By submitting a form on this site you consent to be contacted by Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning by phone, email and SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
6. Conduct
Customers agree to provide safe access to the property and to treat our crew and equipment with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service where conditions are unsafe or a surface cannot be cleaned without damage.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including programming, text, images and branding, is the property of Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Summit Blast Exterior Cleaning is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or this website.
